Hydraulic breakers operate with the hydraulic power of the work machine. The vibrations cause the breaker parts to be subjected to high load of stress. No matter how high the strength of the steel, this stress causes fatigue and damages the parts.
Penetrative Breaking (Primary Breaking): It is the method in which the tip penetrates the rock ground and breaks it. This method is applied in the form of breaking the rock from the ground.
Impact Breaking (Secondary Breaking): The tool applies mechanical vibration to the rock and creates stress on the rock surface, causing the rock to break. - Moil Point (Pyramid): It is used for the breaking of sedimentary, soft, non-abrasive and weak metamorphic rocks. This tool is a good choice for breaking concrete. Suitable for primary breaking. This tool type has the highest ground penetration..
